Please feel free to enjoy these relaxation tracks as often as you wish.
The shorter tracks last approximately 10 – 15 minutes and are there to give you a quick break at any time of the day.
The longer tracks last for approximately 30 – 35 minutes and are designed to help you with sleep. But they can be used at other times of day to get a deeper, longer relaxation.

Some important points about these relaxation tracks:

  • Find a comfortable place to sit or lie while you listen, and please make sure you are in a safe place – don’t be in the bath, driving, using machinery or near lit candles as you will probably fall asleep.
  • Try and reduce the chance of noises or disruptions – have your phone on silent, put pets in another room.
  • You can’t ‘do it wrong’ – whatever feels right for you, do it. You don’t have to stay still – you can scratch or wriggle as much as you want.
  • Hopefully, you will drift away to the sound of my voice but there will be no hidden messages or instructions, and I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do. Just relax and enjoy.
  • And if you do fall asleep, that’s just fine. You could set an alarm if you are worried you might miss something afterwards, or ask someone to wake you up.
